Park Hills Pedestrian Fatality

(Park Hills, MO) A Park Hills man, 47 year old Brent E. Tinsley, is dead after being struck by an unknown vehicle as he was walking along Highway 67, south of Parkway Drive at Park Hills, last night at 11 o'clock.  Highway Patrol reports show the vehicle left the scene after striking Tinsley.
