Park Hills Cultivation Ordinance

(Park Hills, MO) Citizens in Missouri are able to grow their own marijuana after a vote passed to legalize marijuana in the state, but there are guidelines to follow. The City Administrator in Park Hills, Zach Franklin, says Park Hills passed a Cultivation Ordinance to protect Park Hills citizens that grow their own marijuana while following the state rules.
