Park Hills Administrator Attends Conference

(Park Hills, MO) The new City Administrator for Park Hills, Zach Franklin is looking to the future of his new position. Franklin says he recently attended the Missouri City Management Association conference and there were three key items that were discussed that had to do with workforce, approaching ballot issues, and working with state and local government employees.

Franklin says some of his goals as Park Hills City Administrator include creating an atmosphere where employees feel good about their work and enjoy coming to work. Another goal is to promote stability within the city's different departments and retain institutional knowledge to help create equitable goals for all departments.
