North County Middle School Kitchen Fire

(Desloge, MO) North County School district officials are announcing no injuries and minimal damage after a small fire broke out Wednesday morning in one of the ovens in the cafeteria at the middle school building in Desloge. School authorities reported on the district's Facebook page that Desloge Fire Department members arrived promptly and immediately contained the problem. Fire evacuation procedures were followed and everyone was reported to be safe. The Middle School building is located at 406 East Chestnut Street. The fire took place around 7 a.m.
