(Desloge, MO) Artwork created by Olivia Nipper will be featured in the Illustrating America National Art Contest after she won the contest at the local and state level in Missouri through the Desloge VFW. Nipper, 4th grader in the North County School District, says her art piece features some of the most important events in American History.
The winner of the National event will be announced sometime in August of this year.
