(Farmington, MO) A special Prom event called "A Night to Shine" will be held tonight at the Farmington Civic Center. The event is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and it's presented by New Heights Church. The Pastor of New Heights Church, Rocky Good, says the program is designed for special needs kids ages 14 and up.
According to Good there are 500 kids signed up for tonight's program. Good adds they'll have rides in a party bus, great food, a photo booth, and more. More than 100 people have volunteered to assist the church with the event.
