National Community Action Month

(Park Hills, MO) May is National Community Action month and officials at the East Missouri Action Agency are celebrating what that means for residents in the 8 counties the group serves.

Program Manager with the Agency, Rob Baker, says they have utility assistance programs, business start up help, and help for the homeless in the area.

There are 19 community action agencies around the state including the East Missouri Action Agency, with an outreach office in each county.
