Monday Crash in Ste. Genevieve County

Ste. Genevieve Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Two Ste. Genevieve residents, 36-year-old Jessica N. Weather and 64-year-old Norman T. Obermiller, are recovering from injuries after a motorcycle crash in Ste. Genevieve County Monday morning just after 11 a.m.

Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show Obermiller was driving the motorcycle too fast for road conditions, as he was headed east on Highway 32, east of Joggerts road. The bike rolled over and off the road, crash to the ground, and threw Weather and Obermiller off.

Weather was seriously injured and obermiller received moderate injuries. They were both taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis.

Neither of the two were wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
