Missouri Supplemental Budget Approved

(Jefferson City, MO) The supplemental budget for the state of Missouri is approved. The State Representative for the 144th district, Chris Dinkins, says there are three main components to the bill including a pay raise for all state employees.

According to Dinkins the additional two parts of the measure cover education with more funds for kindergarten through 12th grade and Medicaid expansion. The supplemental budget was approved and signed by Governor Mike Parson last Thursday.
