Mineral Area Elks Scholarship Program

(St. Francois County, MO) Officials with the Mineral Area Elks Lodge are looking at details of their scholarship program. The Exalted Ruler of the Mineral Area Elks, Roland Seal, says they have four scholarships for school district's in the Parkland.
