(Park Hills, MO) Students in the Nursing Program at Mineral Area College are being recognized for their resolution, entitled "In Support of Raising Awareness for Suicide Assessment in Post-COVID Patients" which was adopted at the 71st National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA) Annual Convention. The event was held in April in Nashville and a Nursing Professor at MAC, Esther Blum, says being able to present at the NSNA Convention is not easy.
The students who contributed to the resolution include Ashley Yoder, Alicia Williamson, Abbey Barton, and Jacob Baker.
