(St. Francois County, MO) Officials with the United Way of St. Francois County are working with their grant process. The Executive Director of the group, Cassie Thomas, says they'e been visiting with representatives of service organizations in the county as they dicsuss the amount of funding they need and how it will help those groups serve county residents.
