Gas Leak Crews Fixing Problem

(Pilot Knob, MO) Pilot Knob Residents in the 100 block of South Lucas Street, and surrounding blocks, are being allowed back into their homes after a gas leak today caused them to be evacuated. Officials with the Pilot Knob Police Department tell KFMO B104 News Spire Natural Gas Crews are repairing the leak. North Lucas Street is open again as well and no injuries were reported in the incident. Residents within a two block area of the leak, which happened at 112 South Lucas Street, were evacuated. Officials with Iron County Emergency Management say crews struck a gas line while digging at the site.
