Funds Help Berry Road Bridge Effort

(St. Francois County, MO) A bridge is going to be built on Berry Road using monies from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The Presiding Commissioner for St. Francois County, Harold Gallaher, says they're able to tap into the funds because not having a bridge on the road can cause medical hardship for some.

Gallaher explains bad weather has also caused issues with transportation on Berry road. St. Francois County is getting a little over 13 million dollars in ARPA funding from the federal government.
