Former Teacher Facing Charges Following Investigation

(Jefferson County, MO) An Imperial Woman, 37 year old Tosha Kerperien, is being charged with three misdemeanor counts of furnishing or attempting to furnish pornographic material to a minor. A press release from Jefferson County Sheriff, Dave Marshak, indicates Kerperien sent photos via social media to three separate juvenile individuals. The instances happened between January 14 and January 16 of this year while Kerperien was a teacher at the Fox School District. Kerperien has been issued a criminal summons.
