Farmington Man Receives Seven Years for Drug Possession

Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Farmington man has received seven years in prison for drug possession.

26-year-old Dwight Q. Buckley pleaded guilty on July 24 for the charges. Jefferson County Judge Brenda Stacey sentenced him to seven years, which will run concurrently with a four-year sentence he received in St. Francois County for domestic assault, burglary, drug possession, and resisting arrest. Buckley was on probation when arrested in Pevely.

Court records indicate that on September 28, 2022, Pevely Police were at the Super 8 hotel to arrest Ashlyn S. Graham. Buckley and Graham were in the same room, and officers found 21 capsules of white powder and four blue pills in Buckley’s pants. Buckley claimed the pills belonged to Graham, which she confirmed, along with other drug paraphernalia found in the room.

Graham, who pleaded guilty to drug charges on July 17, received five years of probation.
