Explosion Being Investigated

(Iron County, MO) What appears to have been a possible explosion of propane at Lake Hannah, in Iron County, is being investigated by the State Fire Marshall. The incident occurred last Friday morning about 11:45. Reports indicate the fire afterwards destroyed a home and two campers. One resident suffered smoke inhalation. Doe Run firefighters were assisted by the Park Hills, Wolf Creek, Farmington, Pilot Knob, Big River Bonne Terre, and Leadington Fire Departments.
