Don't Drink and Drive on Thanksgiving

(Park Hills, MO) Officials with the Missouri Highway Patrol are asking drivers to be cautious on our roads and highways during this Thanksgiving season. The Patrol's Corporal Juston Wheetley, says studies have shown drunk driving is worse during the winter holidays because we usually visit more than one location to celebrate. According to Wheetley depression is also stronger around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Wheetley tells KFMO B104 News everyone should take their time as they drive to their holiday destinations and remember, arrive alive, don't drink and drive.
