Corporal Wheetley Retires From Highway Patrol

(St. Francois County, MO) A changing of the guard is coming to the Missouri Highway Patrol. Corporal Juston Wheetley, who has served in a public relations capacity for the patrol, says life after law enforcement is going to be a big adjustment.

Wheetley says that changes within the patrol prompted his decision.
