Clerk Says She Received No Response

(Leadwood, MO) Newly sworn in members of the Leadwood City Government will soon be taking office. The newly elected Mayor of Leadwood, Robert Crump, and Ward I Alderwoman, Anna Woods, were officially sworn in by County Clerk Kevin Engler and not Leadwood City Clerk, Kendra Boyer. KFMO B104 News reached out to Boyer and she said a text was sent from her phone to old and new city government officials to schedule the oaths of Crump and Woods. Boyer says she was given no response from any party and had plan the pair to be sworn in during the next meeting held April 24th. Stay tuned to KFMO B104 News for any additional information that may develop.
