Chester Bridge Project Meeting

(Perryville, MO) Citizens in Perryville are informed on the new Chester Bridge between Missouri and Illinois after a July 19th Community Meeting with the Missouri Department of Transportation. An Area Engineer with MoDOT, Chris Crocker, says the plan for the new bridge features a cable stayed bridge similar to the one in Cape Girardeau.

According to Crocker the bridge will cost approximately $284 million.
