Burcham Faces Sodomy Charges

(Park Hills, MO) A man from Park Hills, 61 year old Jimmy Dean Burcham, is facing four counts of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 12 years of age and one count of statutory rape or attempted statutory rape in the 1st Degree with a person less than 12 years of age. A probable cause statement from Park Hills Police indicates Burcham is alleged to have had multiple sexual encounters with two female children ages 4 and 6 years old. Burcham was booked into the St. Francois County Jail without bond.
