Bonne Terre teen Injured in Crash

(Washington County, MO) A Bonne Terre teenager is hospitalized in serious condition following a 1 car crash over the weekend. Missouri Highway Patrol accident reports show it happened just before 2:30 Sunday afternoon in the 11 Thousand block of Stoney Point Road in Washington County. Troopers say the 16 year old drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected, and the car ran off the left side of the road smashing into a tree. He was taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital. He was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
