Bismarck Officials Discussing Tie Vote

(Bismarck, MO.) The tied vote in Bismarck's Ward 2 is still being discussed by city officials. The vote was counted again Friday. It was determined to match the original count of 35 votes each for candidates Lochie Counts and Dustin Garling. If the city holds a special election it could cost between $3,000 and $3,500. If an election is not held the candidates would choose from several options to determine a winner.
