Bismarck Man Faces Charges

(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Bismarck, 40 year old Jason Anthony Peck, is facing charges of one count of unlawful possession of a firearm, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, and one count of resisting arrest in connection to a felony. Reports indicate St. Francois County Deputies were called to a residence Mallard Drive in Iron Mountain Lake, February 27th, over a report of shots fired. Upon arrival deputies brought everyone out of the home except Peck who refused to come out. After deputies entered the residence they found Peck and a shotgun, He allegedly resisted arrest and was eventually taken into custody. Peck was booked into the St. Francois County Jail on a $25,000 bond. Peck has a criminal history of charges of receiving stolen property, parole violations, leaving the scene of an accident, and possession of a controlled substance.
