Attempted Robbery Farmington Convenience Store

(Farmington, MO) An area man, 25 year old Kyle Christopher House, is in custody in the St. Francois County jail. Law enforcement officials say House allegedly entered a Farmington Rhodes 101 Gas Station last Thursday and handed the clerk a piece of paper. The clerk told police the note demanded he hand over $100 to House or he would "blow him away". House is being charged with Attempted Robbery in the 1st degree. Authorities believe House is a flight risk as he has failed to appear in court in the past and he has a burglary in the 2nd degree charge pending. House also has prior convictions for tampering.
