Missouri Legislators Discussing Changes to Prop A

Jefferson City, Mo. (KFMO) - Missouri voters approved Proposition A in the November election. Proposition A provides changes to the state's minimum wage and paid sick time benefits for employees.

However, State Senator for Missouri's 3rd District, Mike Henderson, says there is an ongoing discussion of changes to the paid time off portion of the approved Proposition.

Henderson expects discussions to continue for the next couple of weeks before Prop A legislation goes into effect May 1, 2025.
